GREAT POST. Good job.

Funny too! I am nor hoarding your rice but I do love rice! Hope you find a fix soon.

Debbie

I meant NOT instead of NOR. But you knew that right?

keri

lol! I too love rice and could eat it by itself and probably with every meal. However, we are not hoarding it either. You need to yell at the rice farmers in Cali. ;)

Kristi Smith

I am not the rice hoarder. I only put rice in my rice and broccoli casserole.

I AM hoarding Kraft mac and cheese, elbow macaroni, tuna, salmon, all vegetable can goods, tomato sauce, spagehetti sauce, Bisquick, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken.

If you need any of the above items give me a call. ;)

And could you please e-mail me your e-mail address, you are one of the only internet buddies I have that I do not have an address for. Is that on purpose???

I like rice too. When I was little we would have it like hot cereal in the morning with milk and sugar. Yum.

I didn't know Albert had Filipino heritage. Very interesting!

I only ever make minute rice....Curtis likes the REAL stuff too. He went to Japan on his mission, and so now he thinks he can only have the real stuff. Hmmmmm, I think I have a few bags. Do I need to send you some so your hubby doesn't die??

Debbie

Candice! Minute Rice is nasty compared to the real stuff!!

Kristin Perry

Yeah I'm glad to be checking on you and have new posts. I am a minute rice cooker only because I don't have the patience for the real yum stuff. Jeff went to Thailand on his mission so he is the same. In fact there is an incredible Thai dessert that is sticky rice with coconut milk, sugar and Mangos. I should give you the recipe to try. It might mix things up a bit. Didn't know we were on a shortage. Guess I'll go hoard some too. That's all you have to do is say shortage and it gets all us mormons fired up about our food storage.

Melanie

You are hilarious. Go to LDS.org and you can buy some rice there. My mom works at the cannery and says everyone is in a panic to get rice because it is being rationed. Too funny!
